Knalpot full-system Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) S-Y2MET17-FDHLTA merupakan sistem pembuangan premium yang dirancang khusus untuk memaksimalkan performa kompetisi pada Yamaha YZ250F dan YZ250FX versi 2026. Seluruh konstruksi knalpot ini memanfaatkan material paduan titanium berkualitas tinggi yang super ringan dengan ketebalan dinding pipa yang bervariasi, sehingga mampu memangkas bobot motor hingga -0,8 kg (19,7% lebih ringan dari standar) sekaligus memberikan ketahanan maksimal di medan balap yang ekstrem. Di atas mesin uji (dyno), sistem ini terbukti mendongkrak tenaga sebesar +0,5 kW (+0,7 HP) pada 12.500 rpm dan torsi +0,5 Nm pada 12.000 rpm dengan respons gas yang jauh lebih padat di seluruh rentang putaran mesin. Selain mengoptimalkan aliran gas buang berkat desain silencer berkapasitas besar, knalpot ini dilengkapi ruang resonansi terintegrasi untuk menghasilkan karakter suara yang dalam dan bulat namun tetap mematuhi regulasi batas kebisingan suara sirkuit dari FIM. Dikembangkan khusus untuk sirkuit balap tertutup (closed-course), produk yang dipertegas dengan logo cetak khusus (imprinted) pada permukaannya ini mengadopsi sistem pemasangan plug-and-play yang praktis tanpa memerlukan penyetelan ulang komputer mesin (ECU remapping).
This product is completely constructed from lightweight, high-grade titanium alloys. Different thicknesses in various sections ensure perfect protection and reduce overall weight – for a saving of 19.7% (0.8 kg) over the standard stock exhaust – and allow the added strength created by the design to provide enhanced resilience under the most demanding conditions. Designed to fit perfectly within the limited space on the motorcycle, it has been tailored to be as large as possible within the space available. This allows increased sound silencing to mitigate the impact on the natural environment, while also facilitating improved flow for the exhaust gases from the combustion chamber with as few restrictions as possible.
Power and torque levels are increased by an extra 0.5 kW (0.7 hp) at 12,500 rpm and 0.5 Nm at 12,000 rpm, respectively, when tested on the in-house dyno in back-to-back tests against a standard stock exhaust system. Offering an increased response through the entire rev range, the Evolution Line (Titanium) has a new profiled surface, which influences the deep, full sound, and an integrated resonance chamber for optimum performance befitting the sound of an Akrapovič exhaust, all designed to meet FIM noise limits for competition.
Finished with a specially imprinted logo on the surface, there is no sticker or engraving, but a different technique to add the logo. Developed for use on closed-course competition circuits only, it is a simple plug-and-play operation to install, with no remapping needed.
For riders required to meet the new 109 dB FIM noise limitation, installing the optional V-TUV386 noise insert is mandatory.

- Fitur Suara: Dilengkapi dengan ruang resonansi terintegrasi (integrated resonance chamber) untuk menghasilkan suara knalpot yang dalam dan bulat khas Akrapovič.
- Finishing Logo: Logo dicetak langsung pada permukaan menggunakan teknik cetak khusus (specially imprinted), bukan menggunakan stiker atau grafir ketuk konvensional.
